Jay Chand Shiv (Project Officer) is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Raipur University, and holds experience is managing projects in industrial products such as soaps, detergents, plastics, rubbers, etc, with some experience in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients. He has good understanding of rural life and society, and has a remarkable flair for social interaction at the grassroots level. At WII, he will manage projects concerned with rural energization in Raipur district of Chhattisgarh.

Devendra Kumar Sahu (Project Assistant) is a graduate from R.S.U Raipur and also hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from M.P. Technical Board Bhopal.
