The British DFID supported the Himachal Pradesh (HP) Forest Department under the HP Forestry Project (HPFP) for more than five years and through two phases. Towards the end of the second phase, DFID formed a team of three experts for an End of Project Review Mission.
Two members in the team were from WII. The team reviewed the project against its stated objectives and submitted the report to DFID India. This provided useful inputs for the new Forest Sector Reforms Project in the state.
