In this project, Winrock International India provided hands-on training assistance to the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE). WII consultants collaborated with national counterparts in conducting multi-disciplinary institutional reviews and in identifying research priorities. This five-year technical assistance project had a technical and operational plan for the research and development of the entire forestry research system for India.
