The project developer, Maa Chinnamastika Steel and Power Ltd. has installed Waste Heat Recovery Boilers to extract heat from the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) kilns used in Sponge Iron production. The recovered heat is used to produce steam and subsequently power for captive consumption.
The main objectives of the Project:-
- Preparation of Project Idea Note (PIN) and Project Concept Note (PCN)
- Preparation of Project Design Document (PDD)
- Assistance in validation, registration, verification and certification
- Assistance in Sell of Emission Reductions Units (ERUs)
