Objective:

The objective of this project was to estimate the amount of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) mitigation brought about by these projects, judge their potentiality for being considered as Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project, estimate the revenue earning potential from sale of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), assess necessary data collection for baseline scenario, prepare the necessary documentation (PIN, PCN, and PDD) required for the CDM projects as per UNFCCC guidelines, assist KPPL during validation, Host Country approval, registration, verification and certification and identification of potential CER buyers from the developed countries for trading of CERs and entering into agreement for sale and purchase of CERs.
