Winrock International India (WII) has constituted a panel of
advisors from among eminent personalities and specialists
from the biofuels sector, who are instrumental in influencing
the policy of the country. The Advisory Panel, with their
experience and knowledge, is helping steer the conference
into newer and more meaningful dimensions such that the
impact of India’s efforts may be felt far and wide. The members
